This tree is not on land that is adopted/maintained by us. To find the owner of the land you could contact Land Registry at https://www.gov.uk/ government/ organisations/ land-registry With regards to the damaged footway where the tree roots are starting to cause heaving, this has been added to the list of small footway patching sites to repair the footway at this location in due course. Thank you for reporting this matter.
