We are sorry but we are not taking immediate action with this report. A site visit was carried out at 9:50am on 03 September 2020 after several hours of rainfall. It was observed that the surface water was not above the level of kerbing and there was no surface water pooling on the property. During very heavy rainfall the surface will rise but this will generally reduce within 2 hours. If water does enter the property at any any time please report this to us. We will continue to monitor during our routine highway inspections and take action as appropriate. Thank you for reporting this matter.
