A "temporary" sign is blocking my view when driving out of my drive.

There is a "temporary" sign outside my house showing the way to the International Bomber Command Centre. This used to be further along the road on the footpath but has gradually moved nearer my drive. I now cannot see vehicles that are approaching me from Cross O'Cliff Hill and it makes it very dangerous for me to drive out of my drive. This "temporary" sign has been there for nearly 2 years and I see it has already been complained about. Surely a permanent sign can be attached to a lamp post along the road like one on the other side of the road near the traffic lights. Can this be done before someone drives into me please?
