Council ref: 373103. The 30mph limit sign on the nearside of the B1395 entering South Kyme from the Heckingtom Fen is still broken and unreadable. We have a speeding issue in the village and, I understand that any speeding tickets issued whilst the sign is unreadable, will be invalid. The sign has been like this for several months. C19 restrictions can no longer be used as an acceptable excuse for failing to respond to this report.
