Massive puddles on pavement. No easement on Viking close so have to walk through puddles very often with disabled husband

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 373277.
Footpath has been like this for years. Also last time it was resurfaced it wasn't swept so there are large stones making a trip hazard. This is very dangerous when the stones are out of sight under the water. My husband is partially sighted and walks with a rollator but hates walking when it has rained.
