Bramble hedgerow completely covering the path.
Reported in the Overgrown tree/hedges category anonymously at 13:06, Tue 7 July 2020
Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 373305.
I use this pathway twice a week and it is now completely overgrown by the bramble hedge. It has been encroaching onto the path for a while and I thought it would be sorted when the verges on this stretch of road were cut last week. For everyone who uses the path (school children/parents and walkers) the danger is that you have to step into the road to pass it and this part of the A607 is especially busy due to the large numbers of Mountain lorries and refuse waste lorries going to MRF at Caythorpe. The area in need of cutting is after the A17 flyover and Leadenham sign going north towards the village. I know you must be only just catching up with work but do hope this can be sorted soon to prevent an accident.

10th August 2020 - there is still approx 25 metres of footpath completely blocked by brambles at this location. The overgrowth is much much worse now than when originally reported. As a regular walker along this route it is becoming more and more dangerous to walk as you have to go in to the road. As such I would ask that this is dealt with sooner rather than later, before someone is seriously injured.

Someone has tried cutting the brambles but not done the best job. The footpath is still covered with brambles and pedestrians (which includes myself) still have to go onto the busy road to pass so as not to get hurt. Do you have any idea when this work will be done as school starts next week making this footpath dangerous for children going to school from Fulbeck to Leadenham.
