Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 373337.
The main drain in the road is full of soil from tractors. The pipe underground runs i think possibly into the small dyke in from of my garages on Wood Lane. There is a 90 degree bend and within 10 minutes of heavy rain the road is full of water all the way across being very deep to the field side of the road. The lane is used a lot AM and PM with car traffic at peak times and tractors. Cars strugle to travel through the puddled road when the area is full of water you can see the soil through the top of the drian
