Sign is broken off supports

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 373602.
"Habbaniya Rise leading to Rostrop Road" is broken off its supports and propped up against them. This is on adopted land. The problem has been here for some time and the sign blows over in strong wind.

Hi is there no way of transferring the report from LCC to NKDC in FixMyStreet so that they can simply act on the data that have already been captured and uploaded?
