Water Meter Covered by Tarmac
Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 373752.
Recent maintenance of the public footpath covering it with wet tar has covered straight over the water meter and stop tap preventing access for meter reading and isolating water supply and exact location. This needs exposing for access.

Its now over a month since this was reported, since then Anglia Water has been round and partially chipped back the tarmac to gain access to the meter but it still requires doing properly. It's a sad day when it takes a local authority over a month to "investigate" and still do nothing about the issue. If it is not completed in the next 2 weeks i shall do it myself and send you a bill! I will also be reporting this total incompetance to the local papers
