The man hole cover on outercircle/ addison is spewing tones of water out ! Sendind it funnelling down to my property on Goldsmithwalk. Flooding my property . Issue hasnt been resolved at all over a number of times it been reported by myself and neighbours!! Its a joke . Seriously thinking of seeking legal advise fkr tge constant flooding !!!
