Broken, Damaged & dangerous School Safety Zone Sign

Reported in the Sign (unlit) category anonymously at 09:49, Monday 27 July 2020

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 374125.

School Safety Zone sign has been hit and broken bottom securing, causing the sign to bang constantly when a high sided vehicle goes past or a gentle breeze. This has become a noise nuisance to people living in the street. It can be easily repaired by simply securing the bottom of the sign back to the upright post. If this sign goes isn’t repaired the whole sign will eventually fall off onto passing road users (cars or cyclists). The sign is located on the other side of the road from the yellow school zig zag lines in Main Street Barrowby Grantham Lincolnshire NG32 1BZ
