Missing and damaged verge

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 374194.

A piece of the verge is missing causing someone to stumble. Along that same strip the whole verge is crumbling and needs replacing.

  • You can see from one of the images that the corner of the verge is missing causing a pedestrian to misstep and twist her ankle

  • We acknowledge your concerns and accept that the highway has deteriorated in condition. We have assessed the fault in accordance with our Highways Infrastructure Asset Management Plan and it does not require urgent action. If the fault deteriorates significantly please report this again to us. Thank you for reporting this matter.
