Overgrown hedge at exit to public footpath
Reported in the Obstruction on pavement/verge category anonymously at 12:46, Thu 30 July 2020
Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 374283.
Where the public footpath reaches Gorse Lane the overgrown hedge to the east is making it very hard to see approaching traffic and it is dangerous for pedestrians to exit onto Gorse Lane. The verge on the north side of Gorse Lane leading down the the B1174 is also blocked by this hedge and there is nowhere for pedestrians to step safely out of the way of traffic. The road is busy and most drivers ignore the 30 mph restriction.

These potholes are in Walton Gardens, where the two roads converge and on the exit stretch. Stones are being thrown all over the place and there is a risk of an accident. These have been repaired at one time or another but need to be done properly, not just filled in.
