Street light problem

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4150530.

Col 3, wire leading up to lamp is damaged and explosed. Owner of the property had got some people to trim back his hedge. Whilst doing the work they went through the wire leading up to the lamp which is attached to an old telegraph pole.
