Overgrown hedging obstructing view when exiting DVSA Driving test centre.
Reported in the Overgrown tree/hedges category anonymously at 13:16, Fri 7 August 2020
Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 374612.
This hedge has not been maintained for many years and has now grown to a point where it is obstructing the visibility of learner drivers exiting the Driving Test Center. This we believe represents a serious health and safety risk due to having inexperienced drivers joining a carriageway that has a 60MPH speed limit.
Ideally we would like to create an unobstructed view from the junction to Somerby roundabout.

This fault is not on the publicly maintainable highway. This hedge is the original property boundary to the VOSA test centre, therefore its maintenance is the responsibility of DVSA (was VOSA). Thank you for reporting this matter.
State changed to: not the council's responsibility
