Damaged Safety Railings

I apologise if this has already been reported or work is in progress. I understand this has been damaged for some time.
The safety railings around the traffic lights are quite badly damaged.= on either side of A158 and corners of Market Place and Victoria Street.

Still no repairs done, Another month gone By these railings have been like this for months always quick to come out with some excuse i suppose for the next 6 months it will be the covid-19 virus excuse if this was your fence the council would have been on your case all time time why dont get on with the job your paid to do
