Reported in the Overgrown tree/hedges category anonymously at 16:15, Sun 9 August 2020
Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 374665.
Coming out of Moor Lane It is difficult as the hedges are over grown To the right & you can’t see if anything is coming very well. I drive a discovery & a Mercedes & have had a couple of close calls turning towards Potterhanworth. Not sure who is responsible for them?

Thank you for your response, what you are saying is you won’t do anything unless there is an accident or the hedge grows higher? Sorry but that’s disgusting, maybe you could contact the owner of the fields & hedges as I have spoke to some other locals & this has been complained about before. I was nearly hit again today, if I have to pay someone you will be getting the invoice. Mrs Wright

We are sorry but we are not taking immediate action with this report because our tree officer visited the site on 22 September 2020 and reported the only obstruction to visibility is an oak tree to the west of the junction. It is mature, growing from a ditch, not on the highway. We don't have the grounds to require the landowner to remove the tree. Thank you for reporting this matter.
