Loose & broken surface
Reported in the Trip hazard/uneven surface category anonymously at 10:07, Mon 10 August 2020
Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 374697.
The access to Eastwold has lost most of its surfacing material & is now a mixture of loose stone, concrete & bitumen macadem. This was once a properly constructed access as prescribed in the 1980 Highways Act but LCC have allowed it to deteriate into it's present condition. This has been inspected by Highways Officers who have accepted that work is required but nothing seems to happening.
