  • We are sorry but we are not taking immediate action with this report. These works were organised and authorised and the barriers were sufficient. The stihl saw was not seen in use when we were on site but we will monitor this. Hard hats should be worn when there is a risk of head injury from falling debris etc, but given the temperatures they were working in wearing a hat full time which is the norm would possibly have been a greater danger to their health. Thank you for reporting your concerns we will monitor this gang. Thank you for reporting this matter.

State changed to: No further action
