This problem predates Coronavirus by some 2 years. There has been one or more serious crashes at this point and the temporary keep left sign have been destroyed several time. There are no excuses for this negligence, please renew the bollards immediately, no more temporary signs please. Alternatively take the refuge away all together, it was put there after a fatality several years ago but the much busier junction less than one mile towards Sleaford at the B1395 junction is not protected. This does not make sense. The A17 is one of the busiest but sadly most neglected in the County but we live in the South of the County so deserve better treatment.
