Appears Lamp post struck by vehicle

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 375196.

Lamp post bent, cover off and wires exposed. Looks like hit by a vehicle. Lamp hanging by single wire and blowing in wind. Could be dangerous if forecasted strong winds occur later. Debris on grass verge.
