Temporary Plastic Guardrail Falling Over

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 375309.

On Asda Roundabout, Newark Road, North Hykeham the temporary fencing held in situ by sandbags has been blown over. The plastic fencing has been there for some time, please could metal fencing be replaced?Thank you.
