The single yellow line on Sea Bank Road and the yellow box hatchings have deteriorated. People park on Sea Bank Road illegally but the Traffic Enforcement Officers have told us that they cannot issue tickets because the yellow lines are so bad, the ticket would not stand. People park outside my house (Duna, Sea Bank Road) all day - often large camper vans which block light to my lounge and also across my dropped kerb whcich means I cannot get my car in/out. They also park on the junction which is dangerous, causing cars leaving the Coop to pull out into the path of oncoming traffic.

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 375347.
This has been the case for over three years. Cars stack up outside my property, often parking on the pavement as well, restricting wheelchair and pram-users, forcing them into the road. Despite signage restricting parking 10am - 7pm 1 May to 30 Sept, Traffic Enforcement Officers do not ticket.

Hi, this was reported in August yet nothing has happened. The problem continues. This is the busiest part of the village as lots of people park here instead of using the Coop car park so there is a constant stream of vehicles, often leaving the engines running and with music booming away. Every other part of the village has double yellow lines, yet the most likely abused area has only single lines and they are unenforceable. If it helps, I can go to B&Q and buy some yellow paint and a brush and you can knock it off my Council Tax...

This has still not been addressed. The lines have just about disappeared and yet it is the busiest part of the village. Everywhere else with 500 yards radius of the Village Green are double yellows, yet the single lime along Sea Bank Road is unenforceable. Why has nothing been done please?

With regards to any changes to a Traffic Regulation Order (for example from single yellow line to double yellow lines) you will need to speak to your Parish Council or Local Councillor who have to apply and submit a request to the TRO Team. Existing lining refreshing works are being carried out in the area. Thank you for reporting this matter.
