  • Unfortunately at this time there isn’t anything we can do to resolve this matter. We cannot stop people from parking opposite your driveway if there is not a Traffic Regulation Order (TRO) in place and this would not be considered in this residential location. With regards to the current vehicular access you have, you could apply for this to be widened should you want to increase/improve the width of your access – information can be found on our website at https://www.lincolnshire.gov.uk/ licences-permits/ apply-dropped-kerb however please note this work is undertaken at a cost to yourself and works have to be undertaken by an approved contractor. If it is the same person(s) parking opposite your driveway repeatedly and they are known to you as a neighbour, you could politely have a word with them and ask them to park away from your access if you explain the difficulties you are experiencing, often people do not realise until it is pointed out to them and they are more than happy to oblige. Thank you for reporting this matter.
