Email received via SKDC regarding -
"The reinforced/heavy duty plastic safety bollard, situated on the north side of the St Pauls St/East St junction in Stamford, has disappeared. This was a replacement for the previous concrete 'bell' style safety bollard which was damaged by a vehicle performing an illegal turn into East St from St Paul St."
