Right hand traffic light not changing

Reported in the Signals stuck on red category anonymously at 19:38, Fri 4 September 2020

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 375999.

If travelling up Wigford way past the cinema and then wanting to turn right to head newland/mint street into town this traffic light is not working. The traffic lights went through the complete cycle half a dozen times allowing all other traffic to go except this lane. Had to change lanes to go left and turn around to come back.
