The missing chevron sign has been reported numerous times and no action had took place. Another vehicle ends up in the ditch, how many more accidents do there have to be before adequate signs are put in place?

Not acceptable that this was reported five months ago and it still hasn’t been rectified. Please provide a date when the work will be carried out.

Not all bends have to be signed with chevron signs, there are advance Z bend warning signs and chevrons on the first bend in each direction. Thank you for reporting this matter.

Given the significant amount of accidents on this junction and the recent installation of a chevron sign (in the wrong direction) there is a recognised need for the chevron to be reinstalled. This has been escalated previously and District Councillor has received confirmation that works were to be carried out, despite a breach of timeframe with contractors. Still to date the work is outstanding. Please re open this case before another accident occurs.

Yet another accident has happened on this junction, with a Mercedes turned upside down, and emergency services having to attend. PLEASE can a chevron sign be reinstalled before a life is taken.
