This pothole is becoming more pronounced. A dangerous drop in levels for all vehicles and especially motorbikes and bicycles who may have to take sudden evasive action.

This pothole is now developing into a sink hole. It won’t be long before there is a deep hole in the road. Might be a collapsed drain.

This isn’t fixed, in fact it’s not been touched. Please sort it out, it’s been months!

What are you repairing? It certainly isn't the damaged road which has had barriers round it for months now. Cadent has replaced a multitude of gas pipes along this stretch of Station Road but the council has failed to repair this severe dip in the road. Please check it again.

A vehicle has collided with the barriers which have been in place at this depression in the main road through Moulton for months. All the barriers are down, some damaged, presenting additional hazards.

The hole in the road continues to grow. The orange barriers have been clattered on at least two occasions, and as a local resident I have managed to re-site and secure the barriers and cones. Advance warning signs on both sides of the road have also required re-setting. When is work due to start on this site beffore it becomes and ever-increasing sink-hole?

Yet again we have been notified that no further action is going to be taken, so we are left with a growing SINKHOLE in the road for many more months and years! Someone from LCC needs to take ownership and responsibility for making sure that the safety of road users are prioritised by acknowledging there is a major defect here and an urgent solution sorted.
Yes cones and barriers have been placed around the defect but if someone comes to the site they will see that the hole is growing significantly since this problem was first reported to LCC in September 2020.
Please escalate this issue as a formal complaint as it is absolutely disgusting and beyond belief of the mis-handling along with no attention to safety here.

Please, please, please come and look at this damaged road. The initial dip in the road is now a hole which appears to be undermining the road. A collapsed road will be a very big problem. It is almost 6 months since the original report ... please respond soon.

Thankyou for the barriers closing the road and hopefully work to fix the road will be underway soon. The mix message of road signs is causing confusion with some lorry / car drivers moving barrier and mounting pavements to go round. Signage a bit further afield might be worth a try to avoid a potential accident....

So this is complete?? The day after you close the road? I suggest this is nowhere near complete, despite claims to the contrary. Is this a true reflection on the capability of our Highways Dept? This has been ongoing since September. Photos taken today Fri 5th Feb at 3.30pm. Time for someone to get a grip.

Total nonsense. This is not fixed. Plant and personnel arrived on site Monday - still there waiting for a compressor so they can start. Whoever marks this as fixed should be brought to the site. No wonder there is little or no progress!!

I am sorry to say but the road has started to sink fairly badly and cracks are now showing within the patched area of the road. If a solution isn’t found soon we will be loosing the road as it’s becoming unsafe again. Please can someone come out urgently to assess.

Anglian Water has advised that work will start on Monday, March 22, for three weeks during which time the road will be closed. The now collapsed sewer is at the same site as the previously repaired drain. Everyone wonders whether this is coincidence or whether the work to repair the drain damaged the sewer. The lengthy road closure will be a significant inconvenience to all those on the wrong side of the village needing to access amenities on the other side. This has been an ongoing saga since last September.
