A horse
Reported in the Obstruction on pavement/verge category anonymously at 13:27, Wed 9 September 2020
Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 376274.
I noticed that this has already been reported but i would like to bring up another issue regarding the horse. i was walking home from school last Friday with my children and my son went up to the horse to stroke it, the horse then stole my sons lunch box as he tried to get it back the horse bed butted him in the chest, knocked him over and left a mark. I have been in contact with the local police, RSPCA, and town council but not really had much look in getting it removed. As it is on a popular route to the school, i wouldn't want any more children going through what way son went through he is only four, and as a result of this he scared to go near the horse
