There is a huge hole in road surface which has blown the tyre on our car. If cyclists hit it they would be seriously injured

There was a traffic cone in one hole yesterday and there is also another huge hole after it, my car also bottomed out on the suspension and has caused damage to the wheel, the tyre is still inflated but suspect the wheel to be buckled,

I nearly hit a large road cone this afternoon on the Scothern to Langworth road. It was so filthy from the road dirt/mud that is was not visible until the last minute. It had been put in a pothole, one of very many on this busy road. Apparently it's been there for several weeks!
