We are sorry but we are not taking immediate action with this report because we have inspected the location whilst also reviewing these images and whilst there was a small volume of water present in the verge at the time of the inspection the nearby carriageway drainage was seen to be functioning adequately. Lincolnshire County Council does not have any other apparatus at the location that could cause this issue. If Anglian Water have no further involvement then it is possible that this may be a seasonal ground water issue. There are no reports or evidence of significant road, footway or property flooding in the area. Thank you for reporting this matter.
State changed to: No further action
