The road at this point has a serious developing pothole, mainly due to the fact that when some of this road was retarmacked this part around 100 yards was not because of cars parked during the work. This all happened around three years ago and at the time involved up to 10 vehicles and 15 or more men i.e. a lot of effort to achieve half a job. Since then I have made numerous reports which end up, if we are lucky, with a patch being put on a patch, etc. etc. etc. When will LCC HIghways stop this ridiculous policy of not doing the job properly when all the manpower and materials are on the spot - It surely can not be cost effective to do this. Kings Road is typical where patching has been going on for years, whilst the very foundations are breaking away and obviously causing damage to a lot of vehicles. Once again I ask LCC to stop building their 'wonderful' by passes in Lincoln and Grantham, and start spending some time and money on the rest of the towns in the county - Also once again, don't use the budget or Covid as excuses, it's a question of fairness, and we are NOT getting value for money here in Stamford.
