Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 376843.
I witnessed today a van reversing into a sign along Brayford Wharf East, outside David Chiddick Building.

This was caused by ourselves. Rt install Ltd. We were working at the David Chiddick Building for the University of Lincoln. Our vehicle registration is FL16 XEE white Renault loloader. Our company details are Richard@rtinstall.co.uk and our address is unit 16 atlas Court, Atlas Road, Coalville, LE67 3FL.
