Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 376847.
A strip of tarmac spanning the whole width of the road, obviously filling in the road after it was dug out. This strip is approximately 40mm higher than the road causing vehicles to shudder when driving over it, it needs to be brought down to road level.
