Blocked drain problem

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4151615.

Road was recently surfaced and believe the outlet as become blocked due to them as currently water is pulling there.

Updates

This fault will be fixed as part of our next cycle of works. We cut the grass three times a year and treat weeds twice a year between April and October. We clean highway drains once a year.
