Huge amount of standing water at the pelican crossing outside Tesco’s preventing people being able to cross the main road safely. Also a number of other Surface water drains around ingoldmells are blocked. It was noted that not all surface water drains were blocked indicating that the drains weren’t overwhelmed by the heavy rain fall
