Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 377465.

Traffic signals on the stainfield side of the Tytwhitt Arms not sensitive enough to pick up motorbikes on every occasion im sat forever waiting and its not until a car comes up behind me do they change, and its flaming annoying at half 4 in the morning. Ended up having to risk going over on a red this morning because I was sat in heavy rain for over 10 minutes might not sounding but it is when cold and wet.
