Removal of street lighting

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 377599.

This street light was removed in mid August to enable Anglian Water to replace a burst pipe but to date has not been replaced leaving that section of road very dark and a dangerous piece of pipe ( I imagine to be carrying electric cables) sticking up out of the pavement with the concern that someone could trip over it and have a nasty fall.
