Multiple pot holes on a road that is now rapidly breaking up

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 378003.

Moved in last November 2019 and reported the first major pot holes then after I damaged two wheels on my car when I did not realise how deep they were. 10 months on they have multiplied as the road continues to break up

Road now full of deep holes that fill with water--nightmare remembering which are the deep ones. Any update on the dates for this work Thanks

" WORK COMPLETE?" Granted some of the smaller holes have been filled but the large deep dangerous ones remain untouched--see images

The 3 holes that the highways team put some tarmac into have all come undone and the rest are even deeper now due to the ice as the existing surface continues to break up
