Drain surround road surface broken

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 378016.

Drain surround failing with broken tarmac and deep hole around the actual drain - this is forcing traffic to swerve into the neighbouring lane to miss the uneven and deep hole. This has progressively been getting worse over the last few weeks with stones/boulders being thrown up around the pavement area on the pedestrian crossing junction.
