Timing issue at the level crossing.

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 378019.

When the train has passed the crossing the barrier lifts and the traffic signals activated. Vehicles from Southgate are then allowed to move. However cars on the B1517 Grantham road waiting to turn left are held at a red signal. There makes no sense and is a cause of great frustration. Allowing vehicles to turn left immediately would reduce congestion significantly and would not interfere with the other traffic and improve air quality
