Light obstructed by vegetation

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 378462.
Along the footpath between Arthur Rd and Edward Rd, there is only one light, which is be completely hidden by the overgrown vegetation all along the path (From all four adjacent gardens.) This problem has been getting gradually worse for the past few years and it is now difficult to walk along this footpath safety, day or night.

Thank you for removing the overgrown trees etc and for installing a new LED light down the passage between Edward and Arthur it would however be alot better if the light came on !. The old light was repaired and in working order to be replaced days later by a new unit which alas dosnt work.
