Fly tipping - hawthorn cuttings from cut hedge all over the cyclepath between Sudbrooke and Cherry Willingham, causing punctures for cyclists.

Reported via desktop in the Obstruction on pavement/verge category anonymously at 17:40, Wednesday 21 October 2020

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 378507.

Farmer has cut hedge leaving cuttings strewn across the cyclepath. This surely is flytipping when not cleared up.
