Fly tipping - hawthorn cuttings from cut hedge all over the cyclepath between Sudbrooke and Cherry Willingham, causing punctures for cyclists.
Reported via desktop in the Obstruction on pavement/verge category anonymously at 17:40, Wed 21 October 2020
Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 378507.
Farmer has cut hedge leaving cuttings strewn across the cyclepath. This surely is flytipping when not cleared up.

We are sorry but we are not taking immediate action with this report because this is not fly tipping. This is a rural farming county and this is a rural farming practice at this time of year. Thank you for reporting this matter.
