Locals on tennyson street gainsborough are placeing traffic cones outside there house to secure there parking

Outside number 15 to 35 on tennyson street Gainsborough, multiple traffic cones upwards of 4 are consistently being put on the road to stop cars parking on the street. Locals are also scratching the cars of whom do not live on the street
