Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 378713.

This is the 3rd time reporting this frain as the first 2 u said no further action when further action is needed to clean and clear a full blocked drain on st rumbold street on same side as the house.s when it is needed doing if its not done and flooding happens there u be billed for the repairs to the house.s plus also if not done i will personally take it to the papers and also to the media as well as to my local mp karl so please do not say no further action again as u ave not been out to see it or u would not say no further action if u had been out to look at the problem so if u dont wont me to go to the media with the replys u ave sent bck and i still got the pictures of the full blocked drain hope u sort this problem out soon as i am only giveing u 14 days to sort it be4 i go to the media thankyou steven bearder
