Bollard that protects pelican crossing destroyed
Reported via mobile in the Bollards (unlit) category anonymously at 19:48, Mon 26 October 2020
Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 378725.
Bollard is regularly damaged and now completely removed from pavement by traffic illegally turning left from the lights at the crossroads of St Paul’s Street onto East Street. A clearly visible and substantial replacement is required. Pedestrians using the pelican crossing are at risk as the green man is showing when vehicles, that ignore the ‘no left turn’ sign, advance from St Paul’s Street.
