Thank you for reporting the fact that some streetlights are switching off earlier since the clocks have changed. The issue of part night street lighting turning on/off at different times is a known, but temporary situation. Street lights have sensors that monitor the number of daylight hours, which is how they set their internal clock. During the autumn, the lights enter a period of adjustment when their timings may vary as they adapt to the adjustment to Greenwich Mean Time. Unfortunately this is unavoidable but it is temporary. Lincolnshire County Council now issues an annual press release to remind residents of the temporary occurrence https://www.lincolnshire.gov.uk/ news/ article/ 431/ part-night-streetlights-to-begin-adjustment-to-greenwich-mean-time-as-clocks-go-back Thank you for reporting this matter.
