Overhanging tree on pavement along River Slea, near the leisure centre and the access onto Boston Road
Reported via desktop in the Overgrown tree/hedges category anonymously at 09:42, Mon 2 November 2020
Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 379030.
We have received a report from a member of the public that there is an overhanging bush at the junction of the path alongside the River Slea and the pedestrian exit from the Boston Road car park, the town end not the Leisure Centre end. The member of the public also reported that it is low enough to hit people in the face particularly if there is a wind blowing, as has happened to me, and there is a danger of passers-by being injured or having their glasses knocked off and damaged. This was reported to the Environment Agency, who have said it's not under their remit.
Thank you for your report. We will investigate and make an update to this report within 14 days.
