Large pothole, dangerous, flooding

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 379240.

Large pothole on the side of the road, dangerous to cars and bicycles. Also causes a huge puddle when it rains which hides the pothole and therefore masks the danger, and is a potential problem for pedestrians getting splashed.
