Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 379319.
Western Power Distribution have gone to site to fix a report of the Give Way sign not illuminating at the junction of Gorse Rise and Hill Avenue. On arrival we have found the sign has been hit by a vehicle and is damaged / leaning, requires disconnection for safety

Can you please advise why the give way sign has not been replaced at the bottom of gorse rise, grantham. The one that was knocked down has been removed and the hole tarmaced in. Is it going to be put back. Is it not legal that you have to have a give way sign at the bottom of the road where the specific road markings are.

Great news, we’ve had a look at the issue and we have now passed to our Highways Officers for the team to assess what can be done to resolve the matter. We’ll let you know when the assessment has taken place.
